On June 22, 2025, Rymanów-Zdrój came alive with the 12th National Family Picnic—an uplifting celebration of community, health, and active living. Welcoming over 4,500 participants from across Poland, the event brought together families, spa guests, and local residents under one goal: promoting healthier lifestyles. Meden-Inmed was proud to stand alongside the organizers as an official partner.
A Tradition of Well-Being
Since 1994, Świerkowy Zdrój Medical Spa has set the standard for therapeutic and wellness services, offering everything from spa treatments and rehabilitation to holistic renewal. This long-standing commitment to public health perfectly mirrors the Picnic’s spirit. In its twelfth year, the gathering reached record attendance—evidence of growing public interest in preventive care and fitness.
Learn, Engage, Thrive
Attendees enjoyed more than just fresh air and family fun. Expert-led workshops covered balanced nutrition, injury-preventing exercises, and essential first-aid techniques—key knowledge for a safe and invigorating summer. Interactive talks explored pressing health trends, epidemiological challenges, and community-based prevention strategies. Practical takeaways ranged from immunity-boosting habits to restorative routines, all designed to empower every Polish household.

Playful Fitness for All Ages
From dynamic sports demos to friendly competitions, the Picnic offered something for everyone. Highlights included mini-tournaments and skill-builders in football, chess, acrobatic gymnastics, and swimming. This year’s program unfolded across eleven themed zones—spanning health and first aid, fitness, safety, science, ecology, regional culture, the arts, and recreational games—ensuring nonstop engagement for kids and adults alike.
Meden-Inmed is delighted to have sponsored this year’s National Family Picnic in Rymanów-Zdrój. Supporting community-driven health initiatives is at the heart of our mission. We believe that together, we can cultivate lasting well-being and build a healthier, brighter future for all.
