A healthy lifestyle, perseverance in pursuing goals, and building relationships grounded in cooperation are values reflected not only in our company’s daily operations, but also in our employees’ initiatives beyond the workplace.
One example of this commitment was the participation of the Meden-Inmed Sports Team in the demanding Gothica Trail race. Although the challenge was originally meant to be taken on by three competitors, unforeseen circumstances kept part of the team from starting. Even so, Wojciech Thiel chose to take on the 160-kilometer course on his own.
Completing a route that winds through the Pomerania region and finishing the race in Jarosławiec with a time of 9:55:13 was the result not only of individual determination, but also of the support of the entire team. Preparing the equipment, providing technical assistance, and keeping one another motivated show just how important cooperation and commitment are in reaching shared goals.
Initiatives like these align with our company’s values, promoting a culture of activity, accountability, perseverance, and mutual support. Employee participation in sporting events helps develop skills that apply both in athletic competition and in everyday teamwork.
