At Meden-Inmed, we know that a well-coordinated team is built not only through daily work but also by spending time together and pursuing shared passions outside the office. That’s why our employees eagerly participate in initiatives that allow them to get to know each other better, build relationships, and strengthen mutual trust.
One such opportunity was a week-long team-building trip to Sromowce Niżne. The trip combined physical activity and exploring new places with time spent in good company. The trip’s participants (Daniel, Piotrek, and Łukasz) cycled through the Pieniny Mountains, the area around Zakopane, and trails in Slovakia, covering a total of over 350 km. The mountain climbs and challenging descents were a completely new experience for some of them, but also a great opportunity to tackle challenges together.

The trip also included other activities – rafting on the Dunajec River, hiking to Trzy Korony and Sokolica, and bonding over a barbecue.
Initiatives like these are an important part of building a culture of collaboration within our company. Shared challenges, activities, and time spent outside the workplace allow us to get to know our coworkers better, strengthen relationships, and build mutual trust.
The trip showed that MIST is a tight-knit group and a team not only during competitions but also in real life. And one thing is certain – this is just the beginning of our joint adventures! – reports Daniel.
Thanks to such trips, the team not only becomes more cohesive but also better prepared to work together everyday.
